Location - Beijing or Shanghai

Job description :
? Provide technical support at PMC's end customer for storage products including SAS controllers, expanders, FC
controller, HBAs and RAID card. This includes technical consultation, training and extensive lab debug to customer
and sales.
? Work closely with sales and customers to provide excellent support of new and existing business, including pre-
design win and post design win.
? Support customers on-site when needed.
? Track issues and defects and drive to resolution.
? Provide quick response to key customers request on technical support.

Requirements :
? Communication/Information Systems or EE degree, Masters preferred
? 3 years+ of R&D experience with storage controller, storage system
? Knowledge and experience in SAS Firmware/Software, Fiber Channel and SAS server system
? Experience using or supporting storage products eg. SAS processor/Controller/Expander or storage system
? Demonstrated ability to learn technology quickly
? Good English skills in writing and reading
? Good communication and email writing
? Frequently business travel
