职位描述：
此职位着重于新产品开发过程中的包装改善，测试和应用，以及 依据公司可持续发展目标，改善现有的包装设计。
此职位对公司产品包装开发方案的测试标准及规则进行完善。

主要职责：
1. 审查及管理整个包装流程，包括包装设计的产生，原型开发及性能测试。
2. 寻找包括设计，材料及流程在内的新老产品的包装问题，并提供有建设性的，及时的及节约成本的解决方案；
3. 分析工程图纸及产品技术参数，以决定产品的物理特性，特殊处理方式，环境和安全要求，以及所需包装材料的类型；
4. 说明及推荐有效的工具及测试手法来开发及实施包装设计；
5. 参与及运用与 包装材料，人工，效率，运输及仓储相关的成本节约举措；
6. 发展及运用全面测试方案以确保优于顾客所需的包装；
7. 建立工作测定流程，与采购及供应商协商决定成本及生产推荐包装的可行性；
8. 当关系到新旧包装的功能性生产问题时，应协助解决。
要求：
1. 大学本科，包装工程或相关专业毕业；
2. 精通并熟悉CAD及办公软件运用；
3. 除了良好的团队合作，人际处理及领导力外， 需有出众的沟通技巧；
4. 在完成任务中需保持主动性并具有自我导向能力；
5. 在快节奏的工作环境中能展示同时有效处理多项紧急任务并在截止日期前完成的能力；
6. 流利的商务英语。

Position description:
This position primary focus is to develop, test and implement packaging designs as a part of new product development process and also review and improve existing packaging designs in line with company´s sustainability goal. This position develops test standards and guidelines for developing packaging solutions for the company´s products.

Responsibility:
1. Oversee and manage complete packaging development process, including the creation of packaging designs, prototype development, and performance testing
2. Troubleshoot new and existing packaging problems involving designs, materials and processes and provide creative, timely, and cost-effective solutions.
3. Analyze engineering drawings and specifications of product to determine physical characteristics of item, special handling, environmental and safety requirements, and types of materials required for packaging.
4. Specify and recommend efficiency tools and test methods to develop and validate packaging designs.
5. Identify and implement cost saving initiatives related to packaging materials, labor, efficiency, transportation, and storage.
6. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that packaging exceeds customer specifications
7. Establish work measurement programs and consult with purchasing and suppliers to determine costs and feasibility of producing proposed packaging.
8. Assist in production problem solving as it relates to the functionality of current or new packaging.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
2. Proficiency at the intermediate to experienced level in CAD and MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
3. Excellent communication skills in addition to strong teamwork, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
4. Strong initiative and the ability to be self-directed in completing tasks.
5. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
