1) track shipment and complete data into CFIT.
2) contact carrier for shipping agency & complete carrier’s guarantee.
3) send arrival notice to local customer.
4) collect import docs from customer.

1) CET-4 Hv good skill in writing and speaking english
2) Familiar with office software
