职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Lead SCCM customer TDR, work with global SCCM expert, convince customer with TRW SCCM product expertise;
2. Support Sales Team to evaluate SCCM RFQ (request for quotation) and make technical proposal with support from global expert , define the product design architecture/design concepts to meet RFQ;
3. Customer interface throughout product development, follow and fulfill customer expectation from both objective and subjective;
4. Lead to finish SCCM concept designs, detailed designs and lead junior engineer to finish all product development related data, e.g 3D, 2D, BOM, DFMEA...in timely manner and high quality; Organize design review throughout product development for both engineering internal and cross function teams, support DFM activity with supplier;
5. Fully understand test requirement from customer, and work together with test engineer for test plan creation, responsible for test failure analysis and providing resolution to improve design;
6. Support PV and production launch, responsible for customer technical communication, lead to achieve AAR, TALC, BMG, or equivalent customer engineering approval;
7. Lead junior engineering to provide technical support to customer claim/production quality, support quality to do root cause analysis;
8. Lead engineering root cause analysis, develop solutions to design issues, lead team to implement solution and validate the solution;
9. Support related production application activities in other regions;
10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by managers/supervisor;

Minimum Qualification Required:
1. At least Bachelor Degree, majored in mechanical or vehicle engineering
2. Fluent English is a must
3. Strong communication skills is preferred
4. Strong logic and strategic thinking as well as clear thinking;
5. At least 6+ years mechanical development experience, and focus on plastic components
6. At least 2+ years SCCM(Steering Column Control Module) design experience
7. Master of DFMEA, Tolerance stack, familiar with illumination, resin, grease, painting, FEA and Mold-flow analysis;
8. Strong design process experience and design quality sense
9. Six Sigma GB or BB is a plus
10. Deep knowledge of tooling is plus
11. Pressure, stress tolerance and team player
