职位描述：
This position is responsible for providing business and system analysis supports to HoT APO and also acting as a project manager to ensure the successful planning, development and implementation of application systems to meet the user expectations and the business needs

Roles & Responsibilities

? Identify the problem areas/business gaps and inconsistencies and develop action plans accordingly
? Partner with BPI team (Business Process Improvement) to study current business process, conduct analysis on the business requirements and make recommendation for process improvements, information flow and system functionalities
? Lead the design and development of application systems
? Ensure consistency in system implementation methodology aligned with Corporate IT directive and standard
? Collaborate with the stakeholders to review the design and collect the feedback regularly to ensure the solution is on track to deliver anticipated business benefits
? Ensure application deliverables meet defined business requirements and user expectations
? Collaborate with Corporate IT and APO Infrastructure and Technical Services team to ensure proper operation environment for system implementation and integration of computer application systems
? Provide an effective system assurance program to support UAT (user acceptance test) and
ensure that the solutions can be delivered with quality to meet business requirements
? Prepare high quality training materials and provide user training for HoT APO users upon new system rollout or enhancement release
? Maintain proper documentation of HoT APO application systems and operational procedures to improve system maintainability and ensure support continuity
? Develop the system performance benchmarking for HoT APO application systems
? Lead user group meeting and conduct Post Implementation Review with HoT APO users to recognize new opportunity for improvement and further calibration of the system solutions with changing business needs
? Assist the manager to develop the solution delivery team by effective supervision, guidance and counselling
Qualifications
? Minimum of 6 years’ relevant post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in systems analysis, design and successful implementation of computer application systems
? Project management experience in applications development
? Strong business acumen and solid experience in process design, development, implementation and execution
? Track records in delivery of business solutions and application systems to fulfil business requests
? Hands-on experience in ERP implementation and support, especially Oracle EBS, Sourcing/Supply Chain system and Agile PLM
? Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of 3-Tier and workflow applications
? Knowledge in C#, Asp.net, VB.net, JavaScript, CSS, PL/SQL as well as Sharepoint designer and Visual Studio
? Knowledge in mobile application development is an advantage
? Familiar with relational database architecture and design
? Application of data modelling methodology in Enterprise system development
? Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese / Mandarin
