职位描述：
Job Description:
1)SHA系统的国内海外收入成本，收款付款EDI
2)每周四SHA JOB REVIEW
3)每月与分公司对帐（非业务）的分摊，做往来发票，用友系统做帐
4)总公司及分公司的税务事宜
5)SHA/HQ与国内客户及供应商的合同管理
6）解决分公司及总公司的疑难问题
7)SHA及HQ非业务付款的审核
8)charge code的维护
9)SHA/HQ的非业务用友做帐
10)SHA的关帐支持
11)用友系统的维护
12)每月SHA关帐后的报表（PRC&EBT&ARAP核对）及大中国的EBT报表
13)业务系统的问题维护
14)发票的管理
15)固定资产的管理
分站办事处工作支持：
1）每月与SZO/NBO/CQO/HK对帐（业务），做往来发票，用友系统做帐
2）SZO/NBO/CQO与国内客户及供应商的合同管理
3)HK非业务付款的审核、HK的非业务做帐
4)每月关帐后的报表（各站GP报表 & ARAP核对，及各站的EXCEPTION REPORT）
5)HK的业务EDI
6）核对总公司与分公司的往来帐后，准备付款申请及收款

Qualification:
1)大专以上学历，英文读写良好
2）至少五年总账相关经验，物流行业
3）为人勤奋好学，做事认真负责
4）有极强的抗压能力，能适应财务工作一定的加班量
5）有较强的团队协作能力
6）上海本地户口，男女不限 举报 分享
