职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Different from traditional definition of the position, sourcing specialist in Juvoplus is a role set to focus on developing and generating new items and only new items.

1. Online Sourcing: look for new items and suppliers through online platforms such as : Alibaba, GlobalSources etc.
2. Offline Sourcing: look for new items and suppliers through offline trade shows and exhibitions.
3. Purchasing Proposal: with the company’s internal data analysis support, evaluate the product and cost, and make purchasing proposals.
4. Place the order: Once the purchase proposal is confirmed, collect and check samples, and place the order with the supplier, follow up till the goods are delivered to the nominated destination on time.
5. Order processing: Coordinate and communicate with different internal and external functional departments to ensure the smooth processing of the first order.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with 2-3 years’ experience within the same scope, good fresh graduates will be welcomed too.
1. College and above, major in English, International Trading or other related area, has experience in e-commerce or sourcing / purchasing is preferred.
2. Outgoing, creative and interested in Sourcing.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, both in English and Mandarin.
4. Familiar with MS Office, Excel, Google Docs etc.
5. Good at or familiar with data processing, good with numbers.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, detailed, organized, team player.


工作职责
1. 线上寻源：负责在Alibaba等在线B2B平台等线上渠道搜索，寻找和评估供应商及其产品信息。
2. 线下寻源：通过展会、外贸展览等供应商线下渠道，搜集外贸供应商资料数据。
3. 采购建议：在大数据系统的支持下，根据成本核算，产品评估，提交产品采购建议。
4. 商品下单：及时向供应商下单，以确保商品能按预定的时间送达仓库。
5. 订单处理：部门间进行待跟进问题的沟通，并及时与客人以电话和邮件方式进行跟进，详细统计和分析问题，及时反馈并对异常情况进行汇总。


任职资格
1. 本科及以上学历，英文，国际贸易等相关专业毕业，有电子商务经验者或采购经验者优先。
2. 对国际贸易业务+互联网电商采购业务有热情，并有2年以上相关工作经验。
3. 有较强的中英文和人际沟通能力。
4. 熟悉MS Office，Excel，Google Docs或类似软件工具。
5. 熟悉和擅长于业务的数字化处理的方法和工具。
6. 能够处理售后的投诉建议或者咨询，给予及时地客人电话、email支持，正确传达信息。
7. 有责任心、有耐心、细心，有极好的团队合作精神。
