1. 执行上级主管工作指示及时完成上级主管交办的工作事宜。

2. 依据产品工艺、图纸、说明等进行各类产品的焊接、焊渣清理、外观修磨、焊接测试等工作。

3. 产品首件检验自检、制程中检验自检，并按规范填写检验表单，确保产品符合质量规范要求。

4. 协助新产品焊接工艺分析、焊接夹具的优化，确保产品开发成功率及工艺合理完善。

5. 对产品焊接中碰到的问题需要及时提出，不可蛮干。

6. 按照设备保养规范进行设备维护与保养并填写保养记录，确保设备正常安全运转。

7. 常规量具的使用维护与保养，确保量具在合格状态中，不使用校量过期的两句以保证产品质量。

8. 车间现场、工作岗位6S改善与维护。

9. 焊接中工件摆放整齐，成品、不良品区分摆放与及时周转。

10. 服从主管工作安排，本岗位工作任务不足时需配合协助其他岗位工作。

11. 相关工作表单规范记录填写并及时上交。

12. 安全体系的维护与执行。

任职资格：

1. 中专或技校以上学历

2. 三年以上焊接工作经验

3. 熟练掌握CO2焊接、Ar焊接、手工焊接、铝合金焊接等的基本技能。

4. 具备国家颁发的焊接特种作业上岗资格证书。

5. 能熟练识别图纸、工艺

6. 有一定的钣金密封件焊接工作经验优先。

7. 有冷作经验者优先。
