工作职责：
1、负责锯切和机加工的生产管理和工艺管理.
2、制定锯切和机加工的制造工艺,监督其在现场的实施并持续改进.
3、制定锯切和机加工的5S管理规范的要求,并负责在现场的推广实施和持续改进.
4、协调工作指令单的下达实施,确保客户的准时送达.
5、有效地进行与锯切和机加工班组人员的沟通,保持良好的团队合作和沟通.
6、指导操作员工合理使用设备并进行设备的日常维护保养.
任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历 机械制造及工艺专业
2、10年以上工作经验
3、熟悉机械加工,如锯切,铣加工,磨加工等
4、良好的机加工的生产管理经验.
5、丰富的5S管理经验
6、良好的沟通能力和团队领导力.
