职位描述：
1.1 Arrange job of inspectors and evaluate the inspection result
安排分配检验的日常工作并且评估。
1.2 Monitor the work result for the process inspectors
监督巡检的工作状况。
1.3 Do the statistics for the daily inspection report
      每天做日报表统计。
1.4 Input the cutting scrap into ERP
每天编织车间和精工的报废输入ERP
2.1 new inspectors traning
培训新检验员
2.2 workers and inspctors training for quality problems and following the training result.
对工人和检验员就发生的质量问题进行培训,并追踪培训结果
3.1 Reflect problem to direct leader on time and comunication with other dept.
及时向直属上级汇报问题并且和其他部门有效沟通。
3.2 Solve the regular problem which happen in the production line,discuss and negoniate with production department.
及时解决生产过程中发生的常规问题，并和生产部门及时沟通。
3.3 Relect and report quality problem to direct leader .
报告生产过程中的质量事宜给直属上级。
4. Self-inspection for customer such as KF and Roca
