职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责所属宁波地区的员工招聘（70%），员工绩效考核（10%），员工团队建设和培训20%），；
2.每月达成公司的人员招聘目标；
3.协助经理完成季度、年度员工的绩效考核，和低绩效的人谈话确定业绩提高计划PIP，解聘低绩效员工；
4.协助组织策划区域员工活动、业务竞赛、季刊的供稿组织等；
5.以及其他领导安排的工作；

任职要求：
1.统招专科以上学历，服务或者销售行业经验；
2.2年以上企业招聘经验，25岁以上；
薪资：3500元/月-4500元/月，年底双薪

我们的福利：
周末双休，五天7小时工作制，早上9:00-12:00，下午1:30-5:30.中午1个半小时休息时间。
其他节假日按照国家法定执行，每年春节不少于10天的假期；
每年2次公司旅游。
