Qualification Required
? Supervise the complete lab in case the Test Lab Manager is not available (Ass. Manager only)
? Supervise and develop his team, assist in hiring, training, evaluation and disciplining
? Manage all activities in his team, test planning, resource planning, communicate with internal- or external interfaces
? Contact external laboratory and coordinate tests with third party lab
? Strongly support the activities for ISO 17025 accreditation
? Support Lab manager by submitting weekly/monthly reports and KPI
? Comply with health & safety regulations
? Deal with tasks given by leader
