Required Competency
1. Shipping/transportation discipline is preferable but not necessary;
2. Bilingual in Chinese and English, oral and written;
3. Software application skills ( MS Office, E-mail )
4. Minimum 2 years relevant experience;
5. Experience in shipping/freight forwarding;
6. Well-organized, patient and detail-oriented.

Job Responsibility:

AA)Outward Operation:
?Collect and sort all bookings according to export terminals with RCL services;
?Arrange loading plans and contact barge operators of NPRD(CNNAH,CNFOS,CNSUD,CNZQG) to book spaces; check against the booking numbers, POL/POD, container numbers, volume, and commodity;
?Keep contact with HKG & CNSHK T/S Team and double check the actual arrival time of the mother vessel at HKG;
?Coordinate with NPRD’s terminals and HKG & CNSHK OP team and inform barge operators the information of both NPRD’s and HKG’s terminals;
?Follow up the loading plan, and coordinate with all our booking agents/shippers for doing customs clearance smoothly;
?Accomplish the loading report, send out job sheets to HKG & CNSHK T/S Team by email for transshipment;
?Recheck the actual manifest provided by barge operators, pass the booking files to Doc Dept. once all are in good order;
?Send out DG list to RCL HKG & CNSHK T/S Team, and provide all docs to HKG & CNSHK T/S Dept. to make DG license;
?Check out email and reply timely. And report to the senior if there is any important notice;
?Update DCS (EMS, EZLL Complete, EZDL Complete, Auto Load, Auto Discharge, Job Order Complete, etc.)
?Create new AFS voyage & re-nom booking(s) to actual voyage;
?Reporting: Daily Booking Forecast.

BB) Equipment Control
?Update Daily Inventory Report to relevant departments timely;
?Check and follow-up inventory reports of depots/terminals, monitor containers stock status, balance the requirement complying with FIFO rule to release empties in order to avoid long stay;
?Update container activities in DCS according to daily inventory reports from depots /terminals;
?Calculate export DND and print invoice in DCS;
?Update damage container activities in DCS according to daily inventory report from depots/terminals, arrange trucking of DM units.
?Push repairing company/depots to complete MNR in time; help vendor to send IT ticket, if they any MNR system problem.
?arrange internal empty repo of or trucking in NPRD if necessary, creating Ad-Hoc Job Orders in DCS;
?Collect TPC if any;
?Make the appointment of empty collection to barge operators and HKG OP Team, trace the barge schedule. Create bookings in system for empty repo. Update container data in EMS. Complete EZLL and EZDL of empty containers;
?Check out email and reply it timely. And report to manager if there is any important notice;
?Amend EMS in DCS according to Weekly EDI - LOGIC GRID ERROR;
?Reporting: Daily Inventory Report; According to IFS, send out Weekly Equipment Requirement Projection to EOM Team and HKG OP Team for applying empty repo. 举报 分享
