职位描述：

Major Responsibilities:

- Support PMUin creating, implementing and controlling over relevant quality standards andsystem requirements;
- Monitor, supervision and responsibility for quality indicators;
- Build, improve and promote quality awarenesswithin organization, conduct trainings;

- Provides regularstatistical report for quality improvement by systematically collecting andanalyzing information and taking the initiatives to ensure corrective actionsare taken;

- Evaluateand analyze customer complain issues and lead communication with customerperceptions toward greater customer satisfaction;
- Perform system, process and product audits;
- Implement actions and corrective actions in orderto improve quality in different production areas and within suppliers;
- Represent quality department in external andclient audits.

- Driving continuousimprovement project or Kaizen

Requirements

- Technical University degree(Quality Management preferred);
- 5+ years of quality management experience in production company;
- Knowledge in the area of modern quality management methods and techniques;
- Ability to read technical documentation;
- Excellent analytical,critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to interactand communicate effectively with a wide range of people;
- Good command of English;
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP systems;
- Team player attitude, client orientation and passion for detail.
