Position: Facility Engineer
Location: Ningbo, Zhejiang
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for Utility Management of NEC Building, including HV & LV/ HVAC/ BMS/ PCW/ EAS/ NGS/ CDA/ Diesel Oil and Gasoline System/ FM200 and Project Support
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be responsible for Utility Management of NEC Building, including OM, PM and Trouble-shooting of HV & LV/ HVAC/ BMS/ PCW/ EAS/ NGS/ CDA/ Diesel Oil and Gasoline System/ FM200;
2. Support Engineering Center Objectives by maintaining and improving utilities system in working well;
3. Take care of emergency situations that threaten safety of either employees or property;
4. Monitor the energy consuming and search the cost reduction opportunities;
5. Complete "special" assignment as required.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION:
1.Bacholer or above degree in related field.
2.Strong capability of drawing comprehension.
3.Strong mechanical, civil or electrical background.
4.Familiar with HV/ LV, CDA, HVAC, FAS, BMS and so on.
5.Familiar with OSHAS 18000.
6.Familiar with safety requirement of special chemical.
7.Familiar with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, CAD.
8.Intermediate English.
