Position Title: Program Manager
Business Unit: Turbo
Location: Ningbo


POSITION SUMMARY
? Provides program management for Borg Warner Turbo programs.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Be responsible for manage and implement overall programs in terms of cost, quality and delivery, including successful management of program scope, cost/profit, resources, schedule, risk, change management, supplier management, and customer satisfaction of projects.
? Work with people from different levels and locations of BW Turbo organizations to get the necessary support for the development of different programs
? Manage/organize all kinds of activities leading to successful program launches in accordance with BorgWarner program management process, including program gate reviews, executive oversight team review, etc.
? Be the owner of programs to budget, monitor, control program finance and make sure program finance meets the corporate requirements.
? To prepare the Appropriate Requests and have management team approved it on time.
? Interact with the customers to satisfy customer demands
? Ensure the programs meet the goals set at the beginning of the programs (financial, quality, timing, and etc.)
? Report in a timely and organized fashion program status to the cross-functional launch team and upper management
? Support Salesperson in acquiring new business, including calculating product cost, preparing quotations and get management team approval


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree in engineering. Masters degree in business administration or industry/operations engineering a plus.
? Minimum 8 years working experience in automotive industry, at least 3 years as a program manager.
? Familiar with APQP and PPAP processes
? Experience in working with international carmakers
? Fluent in both Chinese and English. Fluency in German a plus.
? Knowledge of turbocharger a plus.
? Knowledge of corporate/project finance a plus.
? Lean Manufacturing and/or 6 Sigma training & experience.
? Good communication and presentation skills.
