Position Title : Emissions Application Engineer
Location : Yinzhou, Ningbo, Zhejiang
Report to : Application Engineer Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Focus on customer in projects development phase. Provide technical support to customer and help customer to solve technical issues. Also involve R&D to improve current design and support other departments (quality, manufacturing, sales and purchase, etc) from engineering side..
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Project development. Work with sales to attach new business. Provide suitable technical solution to meet new project requirement.
Focus on customer. Commutation with customer for daily support and help customer to solve issues. Satisfy customer requirement in tech support, prototype, test, etc.
Support other departments from engineering side
R&D. Lead R&D projects and design improvement, release the new drawing or new design in system.
Communication with oversea tech centers to get tech support or involve global projects.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Automotive)
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical or engine preferred) desired (Univ. or College)
2~5 yrs automotive engine components experience preferred.
Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
Understanding of engine operating principles and some fundamental knowledge of electronics.
Must be a team player and have good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Good communication skill preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft office products — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Fair in written and spoken English
Active manner to learn about Engine Emissions Control Products
