Position Title: Instrumentation Engineer

Location: Ningbo, Zhejiang, China

Report to: Operation Support Supervisor

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Responsible for lab instrumentation preventative maintenance, including gage calibration.

- On-site support to test operation team, ensure the measurement system is reliable, and repeatable.

- Measurement system troubleshooting, software diagnostic in test system.

- Edit or upgrade software in measurement system for new test application.

- Support manage instrument inventory.

- Support test operation team working with other lab for new test method development, troubleshooting, problem solving.

- Support purchase team developing local supplier base for instruments hardware and software.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- Graduated with bachelor degree or above from electrical or electronic or computer software departments, or mechanical engineering.

- At least 5 years experience in Industrial instruments application, PLC or Labview application, or other related work.

- Understand industrial measurement system principle, familiar with some of sensors, transducer principle and application.

- Understand gage R&R, gage calibration. Some experience in PLC programming, Labview editing and application.

- Fluent English ability.

- Familiar with ISO17025 standard.

- Work experience in lab environment is nice to help.

- Local electrician certification is preferred.
