Position Title : Production Supervisor-part processing
Location : Ningbo, Zhejiang, China
Report to : Production Manager

Principal Accountabilities:
Analyze production schedule and actual, and be responsible for production achievement in time
According production order.
Kaizen Program follow-up
5S Activities follow up
To incoming employee OJT training management, and be responsible for overall skill improvement
Training management
Plan for cost reduction and results analysis in production side and maintenance side.(Cost Saving)
Be responsible for record and report productivity to MFG manager with daily, weekly and monthly.
Manage productivity (OEE), oversee and improve for equipment operation rate, performance
Efficiency, scarp Rate. .
Activity to settle quality basic system.(QSB-Layered Audit)
Activity to settle operator license system.(OL)
Follow up chain inspection for assembly.( Chain, MCD Line)
Other, follow up manufacturing excellence activity for production part.
Development our production side base on BWPS
Create and update for work instruction, standard work procedure, one point lesson.
MFG capacity review per monthly
Manage maintenance group in machine maintenance, improving, and follow up manufacturing
Excellence activity.
Manage spare parts localize for cost saving and production support.
Be responsible for safety in production and maintenance.
Must enhance productivity and the equipment operation rate and reduce scrap rate.
Take responsibility to safety accident that is happened in shopfloor.
Activity to settle QSB (Quality System Basic) and OL (Operator License)
Plan and enforcement of internal education progress

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
8 Years and more experience in Manufacturing.
At least 3 years as supervisor, have rich experience in people management
Good at Written and Spoken English.
Good Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Working experience in multi-national company is a plus
