Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the Process Trade Handbook formalities (application/revision/closure), and make the implementation and reporting towards local custom's requirements

Keep regular contact with Ningbo/Suzhou CIQ, to arrange for export commodity inspection, DG packaging inspection, CoO application according to the export schedule

Arrange for the shuttle transportation between Ningbo site and Ningbo external warehouse, and Manage operations in Ningbo external warehouse ( incl. Daily report and Monthly Stocktake)

Bridge forwarders/trucking company with Ningbo internal/external warehouse for loading plan implementation (domestic deliveries, export), and update inventory level/availability forecast to related parties

As facilitator, circulate related export documents to customs/forwarders/ customers/ Ningbo Accounting Dept. in timely manner

Do SAP input in timely and accurate manner

Verify cost/invoices from Ningbo Local logistics vendors, and process for payment

Maintain the HSE&S compliance in related operations as required by ISO standards and AkzoNobel policy, with coordination from HSE department and Local logistics vendors
负责操作贸易报关手册（申请/修改/终止），符合当地海关的要求。与宁波或苏州CIQ 保持日常的联系，安排出口商品检验，危险货物包装检验，根据出口行程表申请CoO。在宁波生产基地和宁波外部仓库之间安排往来运输，管理宁波外部仓库的运作。（日常报告和每月存货）协调货代/运输公司与宁波工厂内部/外部仓库进行装卸 (包括国内运输,出口),更新库存数据，可用性预测数据发给相关部门。及时传送相关出口单据给海关/货代/客户/宁波会计部。及时并准确的把信息输到SAP系统。核实宁波当地物流供应商的发票及付款通知单，并安排付款流程。按照ISO的标准和AKZONobel的政策，督促当地物流供应商遵守工厂HSE要求。

Requirements:
Bachelor or above

3+ years experience / knowledge in Logistic or equivalent

Experience with Process Trade/ CIQ inspection preferred

Good computer skills and fluent written & spoken English

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently, but also good team-player

Details-oriented and result-driven

Good time management skills
