职位描述
1.Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities 主要工作职责和目标
Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customers order status and product knowledge requests, including receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquires on shipments and order documents as well as complaints.
Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures.
Work closely with Credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns.
Partner with sales representatives to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
Initiate file maintenance for corrections to computer’s customer file.
Fill out forms, determine changes for service requested.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
2. Job Requirement 岗位要求
College in International Business, Logistics, or other relative major.
.With basic knowledge on logistics, or customer service either in manufacturing or trading or companies.
.2 years experience on customer service or secretarial field.
.Able to set multiple priorities.
.Strong customer orientation.
.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
.Team performance oriented and a strong team player.
.Good command of English and Computer proficiency.
