职位描述：
英国Primark公司现招聘有经验的社会责任合规专员/合规审核员。

Key Responsibilities
? Conduct ethical trade assessments when required for purpose of understanding systemic and sectorial issues and identification of solutions for supply chain social compliance performance improvements especially from the perspective of human resource management;
? Provide effective training and technical advice to suppliers and factories in need of human resource management improvements in a structural and systemic way as a means to strengthen ethical trade performance in the supply chain;
? Conduct needs assessment, gap analysis and support factories to establish effective human resource management systems that comply with local legal requirements and customers’ Code of Conduct.
? Support remediation of existing factories, new factories and T2 factories as deemed necessary by line supervisor;
? Submit analytical reports with recommendation of remediation in a timely manner;
? Manage ethical trade projects and contribute to innovation and solutions related to human resource management and CoC performance of supply chain where appropriate;
? Contribute to regular code of conduct inductions and other supplier and factory capacity building sessions and R&D work of training materials of related subjects;
? Data and trend analysis as deemed necessary by line supervisor;
? Audit/assessment/capacity building instruments development or improvement where necessary;
? Compose reports and presentations as requested by line supervisor;
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience
? Hands-on and proved knowledge and experience in human resource management systems in labour intensive manufacturing industry in China.
? Understanding how to connect dots between HR and ethical trade and capability to offer practical solutions for improved ethical trade performance in a practical and measurable manner.
? Excellent presentation and communication skills in Mandarin and English
