主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

1.协调整个招聘流程，包括职位发布，简历筛选，面试，寻找替代者及录用流程，确保月度/季度/年度招聘计划的达成。Coordinate the whole recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, selecting, replacement, and offering and ensure the monthly/quarterly/annual hiring target is achieved.

2.办理新聘员工的入职。Handle the new hires on-board process.

3.推动员工晋升/调整/降级事宜，协助职能经理准备材料，确保及时的沟通。Handle promotion/transfer/demotion cases, help line managers prepare documentary and make sure timely communication.

4.协助绩效评估程序，确保有效的评估反馈、完成数据及文件归档。Coordinate the Performance Review process to ensure effective appraisal feedback and complete data/documentary filing.

5.支持并执行员工个人发展项目。Support and execute Personal Development programs.

6.维持并定期更新组织机构图，职位库及部门职责和角色。Maintain and regular update the Organizational Chart, JD pool and Dept. Roles & Responsibilities.

7.支持并协助实验室经理进行职能部门的纪律惩处制度相关事宜处理，给职能部门提供关于后续流程的协助。Support/assist Lab Manager in the disciplinary process to be used in functional departments ,and provide assistance to functional depts. regarding the follow-up process.

8.支持实验室经理 及上海人力资源部经理达到相关目标。Support Lab Manger and Shanghai HR Manager to achieve related targets.

9.独立完成项目，或者按照要求参与其他项目的完成。Assist certain business projects independently or finish others task as required.

10.开展培训相关工作。Assist direct supervisor for training related works.

要求/ Qualifications:

1.三年以上HR相关工作 Three years above in the HR relevant experiences.

2.本科学历 Bachelor degree

3.英语口语能力和书写能力良好 Good English both in oral and written

4.熟悉中国劳动法 Good knowledge in China labor law

5.具备与来自不同文化及不同层次的同事融洽相处及沟通的能力 Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with people from different cultures and levels

6.积极的工作态度 Positive work attitude

7.正直诚实（一贯地诚实正直） High integrity (be always honest and upright in the character)

Our services are organized by product lines: Testing and Inspection for Toys and Hard lines; Testing and Inspection for Textile products; Certification, Testing and Inspection for Electrical and Electronic Products (LCIE); Social Accountability Audit & Factory Assessment.

The Government Services & International Trade division specialized in trade facilitation, import valuation and inspection of goods, in order to provide our clients with an effective safety and quality control, as well as compliance with trade regulations.
