创意包装设计师

Job Description:
- Develop innovative structural and graphic designs that are appealing to the consumer and, at the same time, cost effective, easy to set-up and structurally sound开发新颖的结构和图形设计,吸引消费者,同时符合成本效益,易于制作
- Create drawings and specifications for new packaging and marketing materials对于新产品及新材料制作图纸及规范
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and according to the provided schedule推动项目顺利按计划进行
- Track, manage and provide reports on all packaging projects. Identify needed areas of improvement, as well as successes in improving costs and productivity. 跟踪、管理,并提供所有包装项目报告
- Direct product photoshoots to maintain brand consistency and communicate desired concepts
- Develop and act as graphic standard steward for brand

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree above, major in Graphic Design, Package Design, or related degree 包装设计/平面设计或相关专业
- at least 3-4 years working experience/3-4年包装设计方面的经验
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign 熟练操作软件如AI,PS,InDesign

- good communication skill,良好的沟通表达能力
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment/ 良好的团队合作能力，能够在一个高效的团队中有效地工作并能多任务有效工作
