职位描述：
Company：Eurofins NSC (Shanghai) Company Limited
Reporting line: GL accountant
Working place: Zhabei Industrial Park (No. 395 Jiang Chang Xi Road)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Check the completeness and the legality of the original invoices, check the claim expense whether it exceeds the limit regulated by the Approval Matrix, check the amount and check the authorization;
2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation form;
3. Gather all claim expenses per person once a week and prepare the name list to inform the bank cashier;
4. Book in financial system，print all vouchers;
5. Prepare bank reconciliation before 15th per month；
6. Finish other temporary jobs arranged by Finance manager and accounting supervisor;
7. Accrue/Allocate expenses base on requirement.
8. Other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

1. University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
2. Hold accounting certificate;
3. Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role;
4. Good written and spoken English communication skills;
5. Good interpersonal skills and team player;
6. Being able to work independently and under pressure.

主要职责：

1. 审核原始发票的完整性和合法性，审核费用是否违反公司报销制度，审核费用是否符合授权审批制度，审核金额是否正确；
2. 准备月度银行余额调节表；
3. 每周将已审核好的费用按人员汇总，制作费用支付清单提交给出纳；
4. 登记财务系统, 并打印相关凭证，与原始凭证相匹配;
5. 每月15日前完成银行余额调节表;
6. 完成财务会计经理及会计主管布置的其他临时性工作;
7. 根据需要预提及分摊各项费用。

工作要求:

1. 金融、会计或经济学专业毕业；
2. 有会计上岗证；
3. 2年左右相关工作经验；
4. 熟练的英文读写能力；
5. 良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神；
