职位描述：
Purpose of the position
This incumbent not only needs to perform vendor management, source new vendor as compliance with Corporate internal audit standard & policy, but also need to handle regular RFI/RFP from other internal departments, provides truck linehaul solution and supports implementation for each project.

Key Tasks
? Understand, design and implement trucking solutions based on multiple internal/external buyers’ requirements;

? Develops and generates the conceptual, logical, and feasible trucking network within PRC area, documentations and drawings, testing analyses and risk assessments to ensure the stable and reliable trucking networks;

? Conducts regular domestics transportation market research for internal analysis, ensure our contract rate market competitiveness;

? Draft, design and implement service level agreement with selected subcontractors according to Customers’ requirements;

? Evaluates cost analysis and vendor comparisons for large scale projects to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations, and measures feasibility of various approaches;

? Evaluates operation data application to find out the potential risk and exist problems for subcontractor management;

? Conduct regular subcontractor performance service review meeting and follow up identify problems; handle complaints and claims with designated subcontractors;

? Monitor sub-contractors daily performance and provide training and guidance if necessary, setup KPIs, measure and track subcontractor performance;

? Continuously improves, supports, and aligns with the related industry and company standards;

? Participates in support of new business and application implementation, vendor data base management, contract negotiation and administration works.

? Within the defined areas of responsibility
? Enforce the implementation of defined strategy (use of contractors, procedures, rates etc)
Development of Overland products and services.

Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
? Familiar with the know-how of China domestic trucking and railway network in terms of local domestics truckers, legal environment, operational procedures, local Customs, risks & opportunities;
? Good subcontractor management know-how and experience;
Familiar with the know-how in doing China domestic trucking and railway business

Skills & Competencies
? Experience with Domestics transportation business (Truck & Rail), network design and implementation;
? Vendor sourcing and contract negotiation skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and convey technical and design strategies to different internal/external audiences;
? Demonstrate leadership, communication and project management skill;
Able to work independent and demonstrate multi-tasking skill

Educational background / Work experience
? University degree of Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or business equivalent
? Industry experience of minimum 5 years prefer in the field of Logistics or supply chain industry
? Preferably MNC working experience

Language skills
? Fluent in Area local language is preferred (written and spoken)
? Fluent in English is mandatory (written and spoken)

Computer Literacy
