Main Responsibilities:
1、Select suitable EHR system, continue to promote information management process of each module of the human resources, improve the efficiency of HR management
选择合适的EHR系统，不断组织推进人力资源各模块信息化管理进程，提高HR管理效率
2、Be responsible for the promotion of overseas companies' HR information work负责海外公司人力资源信息化工作推进
3、Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of EHR system information
确保EHR系统信息的及时性和准确性
4、Ensure smooth collaboration between EHR system and other information system 确保EHR系统和集团其他信息系统的顺利协同
5、Assess EHR system regularly, and find problems and countermeasure
定期对集团EHR系统进行评估，发现系统、流程或各区域执行等各层面问题点并对策改善

Qualification:
1、Bachelor degree above, management、psychology、human resource related professional 本科以上学历，管理学、心理学或者人力资源相关专业
2、Above 5 years of HR working experience, more than 2 years of multinational company HR management, has system promotion work experience is preferred
五年以上HR工作经验，两年以上跨国公司人力管理管理，有系统推广工作经验者优先
3、Learn Taxation, social security, visas and other related policies home and abroad; Learn humanities and consumer profiles of some overseas areas
了解海内外的税务、社保、签证等相关政策；了解部分海外地区人文和消费概况
4、Familiar with HR management policies and procedures 熟悉HR管理政策和流程
5、Skilled use of office software & Skilled writing skills
熟练的办公软件使用和文字总结表达技能
6、Strong communication, coordination and coach abilities; Excellent organization and coordination skill; Excellent plan management skills
具备很强的沟通、协调和教练能力；出色的组织管理能力；出色的项目管控能力
7、Good sense of service; Good team player; Integrity; Strong ability in logical; Careful and meticulous
良好的服务意识；良好的团队合作精神；正直的品格；逻辑能力强；认真、细致
8、Excellent reading and written English skill, skilful oral will be preferred. 英语读写熟练，口语熟练者优先
