ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Reporting to:
Purchasing Manager
Travelling:
Frequently
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for purchasing of induction and universal motors for high pressure cleaners as well as turbines for vacuum cleaners
+ Evaluation of possible suppliers for motors
+ Technical discussion with the suppliers
+ Price and contract negotiation
+ Continuous cost improvement
+ Follow up the release process of motors
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above in Machinery, Electricity, or alternative Business
+ Experience with searching and evaluation / auditing of possible suppliers
+ More than 3 years purchasing experience
+ Working Experience with an international company will be helpful
+ Network, especially with suppliers for electrical motors (universal and asynchronous motors)
+ Overview on the market, experience at a machine producer
+ Command of negotiation with suppliers
+ Knowledge and experience in Quality Management
+ Capacity to cooperate with people in order to accomplish team working objectives
+ Convictive and flexible, good sense of team work and commitment, results oriented
+ Perfect computer skills, at least complete Microsoft Office package
+ Communication skills and presentation skills, ability to read technical drawings
+ Excellent spoken and written Mandarin and good English
