- For our Energy Sector, we are looking for a Sales in Guangzhou.
What are my responsibilities?
Goals/Mission:
- As basic contributor in a sales team, Sales Rep. is responsible for sales of designated Siemens HV products in designated sales region and for designated cluster.
Working Partners/Contacts:
- Internal: RSM, Sales Team Leader, CoC, BA, Service etc. External: Enduser, Design Institute, General Contractor, EPC, Partner etc.
Tasks:
- Achieve sales objects within products range of assigned districts;
- Set up and maintain customer relationship with power utilities and related industries.
- Promote designated Siemens products to the market;
- Keep frequency contact to customer, design institute, EPC, general contractor, partner etc.
- Develop new and more business opportunity/offers/partners;
- Provide input to sales forecast;
- Provide analysis and assistance on proposal offer to the customer;
- Support project team to conclude order;
- Support BA team to collect payment;
- Support Siemens to achieve required EBIT;
- Analyze win/loss projects
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Power System and automation specialty or related.
Experience:
- Min. 3 years of working experience, e.g. technical/engineering/sales in PTD related industries.
- High voltage work experience is preferred.
- Project management or power substation designing experiences will be a plus. working experiences in other companies in the area is preferred.
- Collaboration with international teams will be plus.
