Title: Assist. Purchasing Manager
Report to: Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
? Support purchasing category lead in building and maintaining purchasing strategy in line with category requirements.
? Work closely with the business to build and maintain supply intelligence in China supply market.
? Engage a close co-operation with R&D and ensure availability of supplier technology roadmaps for key product groups.
? Build the supply base in line with the purchasing strategy through auditing and selection process.
? Manage the supply base to ensure continuous improvement by performance management
? Support in project execution
Your Profile:
? Excellent purchasing skills (min.5years experience, preferably in China)
? Good conceptual and strategic capabilities
? Good cross cultural, influencing, communication and negotiating skills.
? Knowledgeable of manufacturing processes, industry standards, TCO, project management, supplier auditing.
? Drive for result, convincing, team-worker & Can-Do attitude
? Analytical, accurate and delivers high quality work.
