Job Description:

负责整个变速箱刀具管理项目的平稳运行。
Responsible for the entire transmission tool management project running smoothly.

- 作为与客户的主要联络人，积极与客户沟通，满足客户要求；
As main contact person with customer, communicate with customer actively, meet customer’s requirement;
- 根据客户的调试和生产计划，做好人员（工程师、调刀人员、修磨人员、仓库人员）的招募工作；
In line with customer’s PPAP and normal production plan, complete recruitments ( engineer, tool presetter, tool regrinder, storekeeper)
- 在确保安全的情况下，安排相关人员做好如下工作：
In the case of ensuring the safety, arrange related persons to do followings:
1. 汽车变速箱齿轮和壳体的机加工现场刀具问题解决，刀具调整，刀具刃磨；
Tool problems solving, tool presetting, tool grinding on site of machining of gear and case of automobile transmission;
2. 合理制定最低库存，并进行库存管理；
Reasonable minimum stock formulating, and inventory management;
3. 制定合理的刀具优化计划，提升生产节拍，降低刀具成本；
Reasonable tool optimization plan making, production cycle time improving, tool cost reducing;
4. 负责编制和更新日常工作相关技术文件。
In charge of compiling and updating daily work related technical documents.


岗位要求：
Job Requirements:

- 机械相关专业本科或大专学历；
Bachelor or college degree in Mechanical or related;
- 两年以上齿轮机加工经验，有刀具问题分析能力；
More than 2 years’ experience of gear machining with analytical skill of tool problems;
- 熟悉办公软件的应用，良好的英文交流能力；
Familiar with office software application, good English communication skill;
- 有汽车变速箱齿轮生产或项目管理经验人员优先。
Experience of automobile transmission gear production or project management is preferred. 举报 分享
