？ Perform flexible tasks related to production demands, which require continuous development and learning.

？ Inspect and supervise sub-suppliers’ products quality.

？ Report incoming inspection result to supply chain manager.

？ Document investigation of incoming quality deviation and send to purchasers.

？ Upload test and application programs in advanced programmable controllers.
在系统中上传测试和应用程序
？ Test and perform quality assurance of frequency converter, controllers etc.
变频器，控制器等元件的品质保证
？ Support own power panel production.
支持自有电源板
？ Test and analyze customers’ and own products for correct functionality.
测试并分析客户以及自有产品的正确功能
？ Participate in analyzing and repairing defective components from customers sent to Ningbo by using replacement parts.
参与分析并维修来自客户的返修元器件
？ Travel for quality assurance and fault analyzing at suppliers’ or customers’ site.
必要地出差
Responsibilities:职责
？ Quality Assurance on components, semi-finished or finished products in Ningbo and at customer’s site;

？ Product training in Ningbo;

？ Documentation and communication (knowledge-sharing) between supplier and Mita, also Mita internally.

？ Quality Reporting

Mandate:
？ Mandate to reject unqualified components or products.
有权拒收质量不过关的产品或元器件
？ Mandate to reject to work under inadequate safety conditions.

Competences: 能力要求
？ Educational background in electronics, electrical field, industrial automation or electrical and mechanical integration.
电气及相关领域，工业自动化，电气及机械自动化等相关的教育背景
？ Knowledge of IQC (Incoming Quality Control) , quality management system, production.
来料检验，质量管理体系的相关知识
？ Solid written and verbal English skills will be preferred.
流利的英语书写及口语能力优先
？ Experience in the field of electronics or automation, commissioning of automatic machinery, system integration, communication network.
电气或自动化，机械调试，系统管理，通讯工程相关领域工作经验
？ Experience in using test equipment, analyze components, selecting components, assembling and testing products according to instructions.
