职位描述：
1. Maintain good records of goods ordered and received.
2. Locate best vendors of materials or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
3. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
4. Control purchasing department budgets.
5. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance with company policy.
6. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
7. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies and procedures
8. Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers
9. Represent our company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
10. Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs
11. Arrange for disposal of surplus materials
12. Evaluate with the production department, the quality of purchased goods
13. Catalogue the purchased goods for reference and trading
14. Establish good relationship with Customs, Handling Agents, Logistical Companies.
15. Responsible for recording and providing all financial data of purchasing items
Essential Requirements: 必要条件
1. Intensive communication skill with all departments upon purchase requests, and with suppliers.
2. College degree and above.
3. Good English skill in both verbal and written.
4. Knowledge of the KingDee purchasing systems, Knowledge of Handling Agent Documents, Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.
5. Methodical: Must keep good track of records and documents.
6. Basic knowledge of export and import.
