职位描述：
Position: Merchandiser跟单员
Reporting Line: Team Leader & Operations and Project Manager (OPM)
Location: Lin Hai 临海
Main Responsibilities:
1. Study the projects to understand and prepare tables for factories. Follow up these tables and costs from factories and ensure are right.
研究理解项目，准备表格，跟进表格和工厂成本，并保证正确性
2. Responsible for all issues related to the product and technical support to the factories.
负责所有与产品以及技术支持的相关内容
3. Monitoring production schedule, controlling every step, and ensure finished goods shipped on time in correct shipping mode.
监控生产计划,控制每一步,确保成品出货时间及运输方式。
4. Monitor Testing of products with factories and protocol adherence.
监控产品测试
5. Troubleshoot any issues that come up in production and work with factory to ensure on-time delivery。
解决生产过程中出现的任何问题，确保准时交货。
6. Understand the capabilities of all of our factories.
了解工厂的产能。
7. Arrange inspection schedule across factories.
负责工厂检验安排。
8. Other duties if requested
其他临时职责。
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years or above experience for similar experience.
2-3年及以上相关工作经验
2. Good written English skill, and is willing to improve oral English.
书面英语良好，有决心提高口语
3. Experience in trading or manufacturing and project experience.
贸易或者生产经验，以及项目经验
4. Strong personality, good interpersonal skills, with hand-son experience.
良好的人际交往能力，动手能力强
5. Self-motivate, good service mind and have a positive attitude.
自我激励，良好的服务意识，态度积极。
6. Motivated in learning and developing yourself in a fast and sometimes hectic environment.
有强烈的学习欲望，能适应忙碌以及快速运行的环境
7. Understanding of western culture is a plus
