工作职责：
岗位特征：
保时捷认可易手车主管协助销售经理处理易手车业务相关事务，如监督易手车评估和定价流程、掌控置换车辆评估流程、管理保时捷认可车辆的整修和认证流程。他她负责在销售顾问与置换业务潜在客户协商 (手续办理、议价) 时予以协助，并进行易手车辆零售。他她还负责对内及对外报告事宜，并确保时捷认可易手车在销售展示过程中符合CI规定。此外，他她还将负责指导保时捷认可易手车专员，易手车专员在日常业务中向其提供支持。
 
职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：
1. 协助销售经理计划并监督易手车零售以达成销售目标
2. 制定并审核当地易手车定价策略并拟定易手车销售价格
3. 管理置换业务
4. 出现客户投诉时，为销售团队和售后服务部门提供支持

Position Characteristics:
The Porsche Approved Supervisor is assisting the Sales Manager with all aspects related to pre-owned vehicle business such as: Overseeing of the evaluation and pricing process for all pre-owned vehicles, steering of the appraisal process for trade-in vehicles, management of the reconditioning and certification procedure for Porsche Approved vehicles. She also assists the relevant Sales Consultants during their negotiations with prospects regarding the trade-in business (procedure, pricing) and retail of pre-owned vehicles. She also oversees all aspects related to internal as well as external reporting and ensures CI compliance of the POC display at the point of sale. Furthermore she guides the Porsche Approved Executive whom is supporting with the daily business.
 
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Assist Sales Manager with planning and monitoring of pre-owned car retail to achieve the sales targets
2. Define and review local pricing strategy and draft sales prices for pre-owned cars
3. Manage trade in business
4. Support Sales Team and After Sales in case of customer complaints


任职资格：
教育背景：须具备高中学历，大专学历者优先
 
行业背景：具备汽车零售工作经验，保时捷品牌工作经验，类似岗位工作经验者优先
 
其他任职要求：
?候选人需掌握微软 Office 软件的操作方法，保时捷系统的操作方法除外
?热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；
?能够分析并关注细节，以团队为导向，能向潜在客户客户?和业务伙伴展示保时捷品牌，具备领导能力

Education:Minimum high school degree, college degree preferred
 
Industry background：Experience in automotive retail, experience with the Porsche brand, experience in a similar position preferred
 
Other qualifications:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must.
?Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work;
