3、 办公用品的登记及发放，办公耗材需求信息的及时收集/发放；
4、 安排送取邮件及快递，每月对平信及EMS的费用进行统计并制作报表；
5、 名片的印制。

职位要求：
1、有良好的服务意识，熟练使用电脑及办公软件；
2、具有良好的沟通交流能力；
