1 Quickly search for, screen and hire high quality employees to support our company's growth
能迅速查找、筛选及聘用综合能力强的员工来支持公司的发展。
2 Arrange employee contracts to insure that the the company's work with employees is legal
安排与员工签订劳务合同,确保公司聘用员工的工作都是合法的。
3 Develop detailed and clear compensation strategy to reward employees whose work supports the company
制定出具体且明确的奖励制度来奖励那些对公司发展作出贡献的员工。
4 Create a plan for other non-cash employee compensation and benefits, such as activities, social benefits
制定出非现金奖励制度,如公司活动、社保等。
5 Encourage and manage employee training to strengthen weaknesses and monitor improvement (such as language skills, procedures or software use)
鼓励及安排员工培训以弥补员工不足的方面并监督他们的提高(如语言能力、流程或者软件的使用)。
6 Manage employee handbook of rules to insure that employees know their job requirements and the results of not following them
制定员工手则,以保证所有的员工了解他们的工作要求及如果不遵循这些要求的后果。
7 Work with business owner to clearly make list of goals and projects for employees to be reviewed twice per year
与公司老总一起制定明确的员工目标及项目清单,并且一年需要回顾/复核两次。

9 Arrange domestic travel and accommodations for foreign colleagues when in China

鼓励员工就公司提出各方面的反馈意见,与领导层一起设法为员工提供一个积极、舒适的工作环境,以促进员工积极工作并维持员工的稳定。
11 Manage the office cleaning, working with property management, paying bills, and making sure it stays comfortable for the employees
负责办公室的清洁,并与物业衔接,支付各类账单,确保办公场所能比较舒适。
12 Find a new office to allow company to grow, manage decoration, furniture and move
负责寻找一个新的办公场所,以便公司发展;并负责新场所的装修、购买办公家具及安排搬迁
