Key responsibilities:
? C&B, recruitment, training, and staff relationship management for around 90 people;
? Manage all HR information and filings;
? Assist HR-ADM Manager China in handling HR data analyses and various HR reports, and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of such reports;
? Assist in updating HR & ADM policies, procedures, etc to achieve continual improvement;
? Participate in company’s HSE activities, including Maestro system and others, to achieve HSE objectives;
? Manage the legal documents of the company;
? Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
? University degree;
? At least 4 years of working experiences in HR fields, and at least 2 years on management position;
? Sound knowledge of HR management modules and labor legislations, and good interpersonal skills;
? Skilled user of computerized office tools (esp. advanced application of Excel);
? Sharp, logic thinking and ability to identify and solve problems;
? Good command of both English and Chinese languages, written and spoken.
