职位描述：
Supply Planning Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plan, manage, monitor supply planning for assigned product categories and suppliers within one BU. More complex product categories and suppliers for Senior Officer
2. Coordinate the actions with engineering, packaging, sourcing, quality, logistics to ensure supply is planned properly to meet demand
3. Manage the raw material/component /WIP inventory of the suppliers to ensure material availability and control the liability
4. Report on risks and issues related to the planning and inventory with recommendation for decision-making purposes
5. Perform capacity analysis and provide recommendation to mitigate capacity risk. Senior will provide guidance as needed
6. Lead the coordination for supply planning activity for NPD first order
7. Execute continuous improvement focus for selected supplier
8. Act as a backup support to other Officers
9. Work with minimal guidance

QULIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain/Operations/Business Administration
2. At least 5 years working experience with relevant industry/function.
3. Working knowledge of ERP system and Supply Planning (Knowledge in Oracle system is an advantage)
4. Familiar with PC and Microsoft Application especially Excel and Word document
5. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
6. Good team player and communication skill
