职位描述：
The Role requires an individual who possess a wide range of skills in the field of manufacturing and production processes. The individual will play a crucial role in the development, introduction control process and in the manufacture of all new products introduced to our range. The main responsibilities will be working in parallel with the engineering team, ensuring the design and features are suitable for mass production and give technical support on the best way to introduce to the manufacturing facility. The individual will also control the introduction of these projects from an NPI prospective, updating and controlling all information on parts / tooling ECT at each stages of the introduction process.

Duties & Responsibilities
1) Representing the manufacturing / NPI department at product development liaison meetings ensuring effective implementation of design practices that will meet customers requirements in a timely manner.
2) Establishing a working relationships with engineering & planning, design teams from early stages of the projects to ensure the product designed can be manufactured in a high volume facility.
3) Delivering quality engineering production solutions if required to assist in the manufacture of the product.
4) Implement and control Project schedules and all NPI requirements ensuring the planning and timing is in line with market needs.
5) Working closely with the Quality / testing departments to ensure the product meets all levels of reliability , safety and performance .
6) Technical support for the supply of kits and subsequent manufacturing at various locations around the world.
Skills and Specification
1) Have good communication skills when dealing with internal teams and outside suppliers.
2) Have an Ability to interpret technical information and help to provide solutions and recommendations.
3) Have the ability to work to tight deadlines ensuring standards are meet and maintained at each stage of the process.
4) Have the ability to control the project from an NPI prospective ensuing all process are maintained and updated on a regular basic.
5) Have the ability to update the NPI / Quality team on the current status of the project highlighting any possible issues that may affect the project time line.
Education & Qualifications
1) Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic , Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited Institution.
2) Master Degree in any Related engineering field would be an advantage
3) Have a sound understanding of written English and having the ability to communicate in English would be an advantage. 举报 分享

Candy Hoover Group srl was formed in 1st January 2010 from the previous company Candy Elettrodomestici which was originally founded in 1945 with its initial production of washing machine. In 1995 Candy Elettrodomestici bought Hoover European Appliance group from Maytag adding to its major appliance division a vacuum cleaner manufacturer. Our office in Suzhou is responsible for the concept, design, development, testing, sourcing and quality management of our Small Domestic Appliances.
