职位描述：

Role and Responsibility
1. Understand both in terms of cost and specification of assigned projects and make sure vendors fully understand and comply with all the requirements
3. Analyze the cost breakdown received from vendors, making sure the price is the best price. If not, need to negotiate with vendors or find new vendors.
4. Update the cost, vendor name, price, MOQ, tooling cost, packaging information on the ERP system.
5. Work with both the vendors and QA for the correct RSS. Ensure the RSS is delivered in the timeframe with good quality upto customer's satisfaction.
6. Related to problems of MOQ, additional charges, delivery time, Sourcing needs to get involve and fix the issues.
7. After the initial quote from vendor, review with HKO and target price is newly given. Need to work with QA to see how to hit the target price by de-spec or deal with the price if unreasonable. Or if necessary, find back up vendors for this project.
8. Deliver projects on time and ensure with right products at right price and at good quality
9. Escalate any problems in a timely manner to facilitate a prompt solution.
10. Ensure smooth handover project meetings to other department for those items selected by clients.
11. Handle any ad-hoc projects set by Manager
12. Explore and find possible new vendors, new products and new categories.
13. Provide input to management about vendor appraisal in terms of quality, pricing and delivery.
14. Ensure company procedures and working instructions are adhered to when setting up any new vendors.
15. Build effective relationships with the vendor base, enhance and promote the companies profile and integrity.
16. Able to understand the customers’ needs and actively propose new products for HK merchandises.
17. Visit related fairs and get updated about the costing and new trend of markets.

Requirement
1. With good product knowledge, basic production process knowledge and product re-engineering knowledge
2. Similar experience in the similar products and understand the costing is with added value
3. Have packaging knowledge and market knowledge
4. Good communication and negotiation skill with vendors
5. Able to solve problems and priority work
6. Can work under pressure and energetic
7. Detail oriented and fast learner characters will be advantage
