职位描述：
工作摘要 (Job Summary):
负责铝合金低压铸造件的检测及其他装配组件的进料检验与相关在线检测。
Response for aluminum low pressure casting parts inspection, and assembly components incoming inspection, and some on line inspection.

工作职责(Job Description):
*负责铝合金压铸件表面缺陷的检查，判定、处置；
Response for inspection, judgment, disposes of aluminum casting surface defect;
*负责产品光谱分析、拉力试验、硬度检测、金相检测、尺寸检测、针孔度检测等工作。
Response for following testing: spectrometer, strength, hardness, metallographic, dimension, pin hole, etc.
*负责下列在线检测：X光检测，渗透探伤检测，装配件尺寸检验
Response for following on line inspection: X-ray, penetrate testing, assembly on line checking.
*负责装配组件的进料检验
Response for assembly components incoming inspection

岗位要求(Job Requirement):
*干事踏实、责任心强、勤奋肯学，能适应倒班与加班
Good working attitude, strong responsibility, willing to study, work hard, can be able to overwork and shift change.
*至少2年的铝合金压铸行业工作经验
At least 2 years working experience in aluminum casting industrial
*中专及以上学历，机电一体化、机械等相关专业;
High school degree or above, mechanical and electrical integration, mechanical and other related professional;
*一定的图纸、技术要求；基础的微软办公软件知识
More knowledge for drawing, specification; basic MS office software knowledge
*能对铝合金压铸零件产生的缺陷进行原因分析优先
Can analyze casting defect is a plus
*工作地点位于浙江余姚
