AP Accountant 应付会计(上海)

General Responsibility

Responsible for all payments, banking, purchase invoice and reports.

Main duties
1. Responsible for all expense report consolidation and checking.
2. Check employees’ expense reimbursement according to financial policy.
3. Make correct vouchers in system, ensure all costs can be allocated to the correct divisions.
4. Check AP payment term and arrange payment in time, complete correct AP write-off.
5. Complete payment on e-banking, and apply payment of foreign currency.
6. Reconcile the bank balance at every month end.
7. Maintain all bank account information and banking devices for all branches.
8. Liaise with bank and prepare for any financing transactions.
9. Bank slip collection and binding of vouchers.
10. Prepare monthly expense report.
11. Responsible for global vendor verification program.
12. Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE
Female. College graduated or above from university in accounting, economic or related area
Minimal 1 year’s work experience in Accounting area.

SKILLS
Familiar with Financial U8 System, MS office including MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet. Good English in writing and reading.

OTHERS (PERSONAL TRAINTS, ETC)
Honest, patient, well-organized, reliable, good team-player, strong sense of responsibility, fast learner, self-starter, willing to be developed in Accounting Function.
Healthy in both physical and mental.
