TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the Sales Director based in France, the main responsibilities of this person will be:
? Create the regulatory, commercial and marketing strategy in China
? Manage and develop current distribution network, , maintain good relationship with clients and increase the sales volume
? Promote the brand with Partners point of sales
? Develop Product range ( in terms of SKU and product lines)
? Implement Marketing plan on the designated market
? Identify, prospect and build relationship wih new clients/ partners
? Meet and managerelation with the main players in the plant/crop nutrition sector: dealer, Industry experts, farmers...
? Develop the marketing and communication strategy in collaboration with AGRONUTRITION’s head office: improve the positioning and visibility of the brand among competitors, translate and adaptat marketing materials for the local market, Prepare marketing an d communication action plan
? Attend major events of the sector: exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences
? Be responsible for reporting to headoffice
CANDIDATE PROFILE
? Bachelor or Master of Science in Agronomy
? 10 years’+working experience in plant nutrition solutions business development (nutritional products, vegetal seeds), ideally with a knowledge of foliar fertilizers or bio stimulants.
? Be familiar with sales and marketing strategy set-up on national level, sales promotion and manage distribution network
? Hands on profile, with Team spirit The candidate must be organized, autonomous and looking for a long-term position
? Leadership and tenacity are also ones for the candidate assets
? Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is manadatory, since person will have daily contact with headoffice., French would be a plus
? 80% of time will be travelling all around China
? Based in Shanghai
