职位描述：

1. Provide professional manner and friendly service to customer

为员工提供专业的客户服务

2. Answer the questions about WPS service from client

为员工解答与WPS服务有关的问题

3. Be responsible for general helpdesk work (WO open & closure)

负责日常客服工作，包括工单的开关

4. Coordinate all service line

协调WPS部门所有相关服务线

5. New hire and exit notification collection and update exit summary record

负责更新所有入离职员工的信息

6. Driver car for admin and management

负责行政车辆的管理

7. Dining room and Business Center reservation

负责餐厅包房及商务中心会议室的预定管理

8. Reception work support

协助前台的日常工作

9. Supervisor arranged other things

主管安排的其他工作内容

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，有客服或者前台相关行政工作经验优先

2. 良好的英语口语及书面能力，大学英语四级CET-4及以上优先考虑

3. 熟料操作办公软件

4. 具备员工服务精神

5. 具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神
