Job Title: Sr. Sourcing Manager
Pay Grade: Based on experience.
Department: Igloo China Office
Reports to : Director of Operations – Asia (American Living in China)

Desired results of the job:
Working directly with US colleagues to effectively manage China manufacturing suppliers in the areas of price, quality and on-time delivery.
Aggressively understand all vendor requirements and defend and pursue the requirements spelled out in the Vendor Supplier Agreement.
Report directly to the American Director of Operations and develop your English talents, speaking ability and international trade skills.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Well understand where these material supplier locate, can reach to target material instead of finding a material vendor
 Basic skills of knowing the spec. and current price in market of regular material, like 420D, 600D, 1680D etc.
 Can read/analysis a new received fabric swatch and find the same/similar one in China.
 Ability to reach out to new fabric timely, strong consciousness of knowing new things/innovations in this filed.
? Work directly with USA colleagues in managing the sourcing process for all Igloo and Cool Gear products.
? Execute the Sourcing process by effectively locating suppliers with a focus on meeting price, quality and on-time delivery goals and metrics.
? Lead the vendor selection and qualification process. Achieve cost savings/reductions through supply base optimization & negotiation.
? Responsible for Specific Suppliers and managing the Master Vendor Agreements and compliance.
? Manage the RFQ process and perform a cost analysis and price negotiation with suppliers and ensuring the suppliers meet all other term and conditions. Ensure that all procurements are based on competitive bids as submitted by qualified suppliers.
? Work with other team members such as quality engineers, order processing staff and project managers to ensure goals and deadlines are met.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business or other related degree.
2. Min 3 Years experience working in international branding company in Sourcing or Project Management.
3. Min 3 Years experience working in large retail stores in Sourcing or Project Management.
4. Good communication skills
5. Excellent English for reading, writing and speaking
6. Good team player

Preferred Qualifications:
Sourcing experience with a Taiwan trading company or foreign owned company.
