ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support achievement of facility goals, targets and objectives
- Maintain positive employee relations, which effectively promote Eaton Philosophy and Values.
- Implement local, divisional and corporate policies to meet the needs of a progressive plant operation.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations issues and other HR functional areas.
- Manage and monitor C&B budget while keeping internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Develop and implement annual communication plan that supports the site objectives and provides for open and effective communication across all functions and levels of the organization.
- Lead APEX process throughout the year to support the performance management of HYD SH Plant
- Lead process for recruitment and selection of plant personnel, including managing the internal job bid promotion process and organizing and participating in recruitment and hiring processes for professional level positions.
- Analyze training needs and design systematic master training plan to support the development of employees and build up talent pipeline
- Assist HR Manager in collection and analysis of data for monthly reports as well as organizational analysis.
- Maintain employee records and responsible for data integrity.
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvement.
- Execute special projects as assigned by HR Manager.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
?Bachelor of Human Resources, Business management or related fields.
?Above 3 years in an HR generalist role in multi-national company
?In good command of data analysis skills.
?Good English skill both in writing and speaking.
?Being passionate with HR work and working initiative, teamwork-oriented with highly responsibility.
?Strong inter-personnel skill, communication and organizational skill, able to work independently.
?Good problem solving and can execute HR strategic into effective daily HR work.
?Good computer skills, familiar with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
