Responsibilities
Managing projects (contract projects) as Senior Project Manager;
Communicating between Sales and operations internally, Customer included A&D, PMCs etc externally for furniture delivery and installation on site
Communicating, arranging and managing installer, local transportation for goods deliver on
site.
Communicating, arranging and managing for any suppliers for installation and delivery on site
Managing team members and leading their projects and making better work flow;
Preparing master schedule of furniture delivery
Preparing any punch list for there any of defects on site
Generate reports for the project status
Well communicate with Sales for project status
Frequent communicate with operations for any delivery
Communicate with factory for any products inquiry
Arrange the mock up installation and delivery
Attend the site meetings and reports
Arrange the daily installation/maintenance/re-stacking/relocation project to installer team
Managing the stock in warehouse if have
Good in English, Mandarin fluency is a plus;;
Enough knowledge of project management
Knowledge of high-end furniture and its material;
Person who loves furniture and design;
Person who can go to business trip all over the world;
Person who is hard working, can do overtime work if it is needed;
Qualification
- At least 6-8 years solid experience in project management
- Communication and negotiation skills in international way
- Strong leadership to solve issues
- Team management skills
- Visualizing skill to share information to others
- Experience to proceed interior, furniture related experience.
