Job Family Description Title: HR BUSINESS PARTNER/HR MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
Job Family: Human Resources
Report To: HR Director


1. Job Purpose:
Implements corporate policy at the business unit or division level encompassing several areas of human resources, including organization development, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, safety, or personnel research.
2. Primary Responsibilities:
a) HR BP for Sales and Marketing Teams of assigned business units.
b) Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues.
c) Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Assists senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.
d) Supports and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock option grants renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change).
e) Drives corporate processes supporting career development, talent management & organizational reviews.
f) Advises management as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff.
3. Working Conditions and Basic Requirements:
Office working environment. Travel required to 15%. Intimate knowledge of MS products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
5 years+ HR experience, rich hiring and training experience. Fluent English writing and speaking. 举报 分享
