职位描述:
主要职责:
1、协助人事及行政部经理完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作
2、为企业员工管理人事信息与文书档案,并负责各类人事证件办理所需的资料收集;
3、负责督导落实公司奖惩制度、汇总、保管奖惩资料与记录,考勤的管理,稽查员工的出勤状况;
4、负责招聘、员工入职、调动、离职手续办理,人员异动报表数据、人员现状等人事报表的统计与管理;
5、公司日常行政管理的运作(包括运送安排、邮件和固定的供给等等);
6、负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作;
7、负责各类会务的安排工作;
8、保持办公室设备运作正常;
9、为出差员工预定机票、酒店;;
10、其他日常行政工作及COO安排的其他工作。
Basic requirements:
1, college degree or above; Age (25 to 35)
2, good English reading and writing ability;
3, fresh or a year or above related working experience, experience in foreign company is preferred;
4, familiar with MS Office;
5, speak clearly, the thought is agile,

Job description:
Main responsibilities:
1, assist hr and administration department manager to achieve company administration work and daily work of the department
2, for the enterprise staff management personnel information and documents, and is responsible for all kinds of personnel documents required for the collection of data;
3, is responsible for the implementation of the company to supervise the rewards and punishment system, summarizing, keeping rewards and punishment data and records, attendance management, audit staff attendance status;
4, to be responsible for the recruitment, staff induction, transfer, exit formalities, personnel different dynamic report data, personnel situation and other personnel statements of statistics and management;
5, the company daily administrative management functions (including delivery arrangement, mail and fixed supply, etc.);
6, responsible for the company's file management and all kinds of documents and material identification and statistical management work,
7, responsible for all kinds of meeting arrangement work;
8, keep the office equipment normal operation;
9, for travel book airline ticket and hotel staff.
